To present a comprehensive approach to the treatment of individuals with hemifacial microsomia.

Objective: 

Attendees will identify the spectrum of how hemifacial microsomia presents and discuss  current diagnostic and surgical approaches to treatment of hemifacial microsomia.

INTERDISCIPLINARY MANAGEMENT OF HEMIFACIAL MICROSOMIA FROM BIRTH TO ADULTHOOD
Hemifacial microsomia (HFM), the second most common congenital facial deformity, is one of the most challenging to treat.  The panel will present the clinical pathway for interdisciplinary management of HFM from birth to adulthood. The audience will receive a contemporary treatment protocol that will improve the clinical management of patients with HFM.  The attendee will gain increased competence which will contribute to better long term outcomes.
