American Airlines offers discounted airfare to ACPA meeting attendees
ACPA attendees will receive a 5% discount off the lowest applicable eligible published air fare by booking on-line at www.AA.com for American Airlines and American Eagle flights only.  At this time there is no ticketing fee for reservations made and ticketed on www.AA.com with promotion code: 3630AL. 

Reservations may also be made via telephone. Call American's Meeting Services Desk at 1-800-433-1790 from anywhere in the United States or Canada and refer to the promotion code: 3630AL. There will be a separate ticketing charge of $20.00 USD per ticket for tickets purchased via the phone or $30.00 USD per ticket for tickets purchased at the airport.  This amount is subject to change.

International originating guests should call their local reservations number and refer to promotion code: 3630AL. 

Most travelers will want to fly into Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) which is 37 minutes to 55 minutes from the hotel.  From DFW, the hotel can be reached by car, taxi, shuttle, and light rail services.

You do not have to make a reservation, but without reservation, the fare is $17/way.

Upon arrival at DFW International:
Get your luggage, and call from the courtesy phone board. The dispatch agent will assist you in locating the loading zone, and the curbside GSR will help you with boarding the next available shuttle to the hotel.

Exit South ramp to Texas-183 West; Merge onto Texas-183 West toward Fort Worth; Proceed 10.5 miles until Texas-183 West becomes I-820/Texas-121 South; Keep left to take Texas-121 South via Exit 24B toward downtown Fort Worth; Merge onto I-35W South; Take the Texas 280-Spur exit – Exit 52 – toward downtown; Merge onto Texas-280 Spur West; Take the East 6th Street exit on the left; Turn left onto Houston Street/ US-287 BR S; Hotel entrance is on the right across from the Fort Worth Convention Center.
